Position Summary:
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will be responsible for determining technical requirements, architecting, developing, and deploying robotic automation in support of Global Business Services (GBS) tasks and workflows.
The RPA Developer will work within GBS to assist the revenue cycle management team modernize work flow by building software automations and analytics which integrate processes across numerous applications and systems. This includes designing, developing, testing solutions, and providing support using UIPath RPA throughout the full automation revenue management life cycle.
GBS is a Group Function within Falck, responsible for completing all activities tied to Revenue Cycle (OTC), Record to Report (RTR), and Accounts Payable (PTP) across its service lines in Ambulance, Fire, Assistance and Healthcare in Europe, Latin America, and US. GBS is organized by region, operating in the Americas (North/South) and Europe, coupled with off-shore support in India.
Essential Duties:
Duties of the RPA Developer will include, but not be limited to the following:
Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions within GBS
Collaborate with the RPA Analyst and other cross functional resources to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented
Design, develop, test, and implement various process improvement tools and techniques using UiPath RPA in order to meet end-to-end billing requirements
Deliver automation solutions by developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions and supporting implementation
Explore, identify, and test innovative technology and/or solutions for process re-engineering, digitization, and automation
Support deployments during user acceptance testing and troubleshoot production issues/RPA incidents
Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and revenue management life cycle
Assist in providing training to end users
Work in a project based organization to deliver within defined project plan and constraints, as well as communicating any identified project risks and issues
Work with a dynamic team to refine and expand automation based upon users feedback
Learn and utilize new technologies like OCR, NLP, AI, etc. and how they integrate with UiPath
