This is a restaurant on a golf course with resort style amenities. We offer flexible hours (not very many late nights), golf benefits, access to a 2 acre pool, health benefits, gym, paid time off and tennis.

We are looking for a Front Of The House manager to lead all servers, bartenders and golf attendants. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service. FOH responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and some back of the house knowledge. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Front of the House operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Marketing upcoming events
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
• Hire and Train new and current employees
• Order alcohol and inventory
• Concordant and book events

Skills

• Experience as a Restaurant Manager, Shift Manager or something similar
• Proven customer service experience as a manager
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
• Basic knowledge of liquor and wine
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills

Pay: $50,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
