Responsibilities Include:
Provide professional customer service by gathering information, assessing customer needs, troubleshooting, applying documented procedures, and resolving requests in an accurate and timely manner. Connect related processes and information at the time of the call or interaction to influence resolution or decisions.
Administer employee benefits, employee leaves of absence, worker’s compensation, retirements, and other HR programs in compliance with employment law regulations and Company practices. Initiate workflow processes for HR Services and assist the team in meeting payroll deadlines.
Assess HR workflows and processes. Identify and recommend opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure legal and regulatory changes are implemented and within the required timeline.
Participate in department projects and initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in customer service role demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service and communication.
Strong computer knowledge
An unquestioned ability to retain confidential business and personal information
The starting pay for this position is $23.50 per hour.
This position is located in our Owatonna, MN office.
