- Current starting wage of $30.33 per hour – NOT flat/commission pay rate. (NOTE: This is the current standard Sr. Technician Pay Range ADJUST PAY SCALE IF ON 3rd STEP – ADD “POTENTIAL SIGN ON BONUS” DETAILS IF APPROVED)
- Two-year scheduled progression to top of range, currently $39.91 per hour.
- A.S.E. Master Certification pay of an additional $5.58 per hour.

Position requirements may vary but include providing maintenance for FedEx Express vehicle fleet and ground support equipment, troubleshooting repairs, and/or modifications. - High school diploma/GED.
- Possession of applicable licenses and automotive-related vocational training preferred
- ASE Master certification preferred
- Diagnostic experience required
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and maneuver any weight above 50 pounds with assistance on a regular basis.
- Must meet qualifications as outlined in section 391 of the federal motor carrier safety regulations
· Do you have 4 years of verifiable fleet, mechanic, or technician experience?
· Do you have a clean driving record?
· Are you able to pass a background check, which may include several government agencies?
