Some of our most active Teams channels are dedicated to humor, food, and hobbies!Job Summary:The Performance Marketing Team at Ferguson Enterprises, Inc./Build.com is seeking a digital marketing specialist to work on programmatic media efforts. This Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving actions in line with company goals using advertising technology software for real-time bidding-based marketing channels. You will be leveraging enterprise level technology to assist in managing new and existing digital advertising media types. These media types currently include traditional Display and Video, with potential expansion in channels like Native Display, Addressable TV & Audio, Digital Out of Home, or whatever the future may bring.As a Specialist, you will be expected to build on your existing skills to master campaign management. Specialists manage strategies and campaigns to ensure optimal performance while also sharing analytics and test outcomes with stake holders. You will be expected to activate programmatic marketing initiatives on your own, and/or with other Specialists.Most campaign initiatives are performance based with e-commerce related conversion events as their goal. Our focus is on new customer acquisition, customer retention, customer reactivation, and some brand awareness efforts.What are you going to do?* Programmatic media campaign strategy, activation, and execution, under direction of Marketing and business leads.* Campaign optimization: Budget, spend pacing, bid adjusting, managing deal types and inventory, as well as trafficking creatives and implementing tracking.* Manage buying platform(s) technology and media spend.* Apply analytics and data reported from internal analytics platform in order to influence campaign design and campaign management.* Understand and translate the data into digestible reporting to share with business wide stakeholders.* Diagnose media concerns and develop solutions to push business expectations.* Consistently feedback learnings from deep dives and testing to better our strategies, media buys, and business metrics. Test everything!What will you bring to the table?* 2+ years hands-on experience with programmatic ad technology (DSP & Ad Servers) managing high spend level budgets.* Experience with Google Marketing Platform’s DV360, CM360, and GA360 is required.
