Job Description
Fetch4Pets/Brand Buzz is a trusted and respected manufacturer of pet and household consumer goods for leading brands such as Burt’s Bees, Arm & Hammer, Clorox and Glad, along with top entertainment properties Disney, Star Wars, Harry Potter and many more. We are looking for a talented, high energy, dynamic digital and marketing design manager to lead/build a team of designers working on digital content and assets, marketing materials, photography/video and more. The ideal candidate is excited about brainstorming big-picture strategy and crafting compelling user-centric and brand-forward designs. The manager will carry their own design tasks in addition to managing the team. They will work closely with the marketing team and will report to the Creative Director.
General Responsibilities
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concepts to deliverables
• Work on your own design tasks while managing the team
• Make sure all artwork is delivered on time, and done correctly
• Make sure all designs meet internal, as well, as licensing partners brand guideline standards
• Understand new brand needs and work cross-departmentally to achieve set goals
• Participate in the growth of the designers and the team as a whole
Digital Responsibilities
• Live and breathe everything Amazon
• Concept and design digital assets for Amazon: Features & Benefits, A+ content, Brand Story, and Brand Stores
• Upload and report all content created for Amazon to provide a performance report on ASINs
• Prioritize product content uploads to coincide with product production/shipping to maximize online presence
• Support other e-commerce platforms with assets
• Follow industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and share with larger creative team
• Design and/or maintain various company websites
• Create B2B and B2C content on social media platforms
• Design web elements, banners, email blasts, gifs etc.
• Direct product photography overseas and review deliverables from China
• Oversee in-house product photography
• Maintain internal photo library used by sales and design teams
• Storyboard direction for oversees video shoots when needed
• Assist with video editing and production needs
• Create short form video content, social videos
Marketing Responsibilities
• Lead the design and development of brand decks and update content as needed
• Design marketing collateral – capabilities brochure, flip books and PR materials as needed
• Lead the design of trade show graphics – signage, promotional items, give-a-ways
• Produce advertising: trade ads, show directories, ecomm to support trade show/events
• Work on Identity/branding: company branded merchandise, business cards and more

Requirements
• 5+ years digital design experience in creative marketing or communications agencies, 2+ years’ experience in managerial role
• Strong knowledge of all things Amazon and marketing campaigns required
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and current technical understanding is required
• Character and lifestyle brand licensing knowledge needed
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design/art
• Strong leadership skills with empathy and compassion
• Have in-depth understanding on brand guidelines usage
• Strong typography/composition skills and color sense
• Strong project management and organizational skills are necessary
• Strong digital design experience in email, social, and web design
• Experience in Animation, video editing and photography is a plus
• Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office software skills on Mac required
• General understanding of product manufacturing is a plus
• Must have portfolio to share with samples of digital content, websites, social media postings, marketing campaigns and any other relevant work
