JOB TITLE: HR Assistant
LOCATION: East Hanover, NJ

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU TO DO:
The HR Assistant provides administrative services related to Human Resources and general office administrative tasks. Essential job functions include:
– Process biweekly payroll
– Maintain employee records using the designated HRIS
– Assist with recruiting and screening applicants
– Assist with background checks and onboarding
– Perform a variety of administrative functions related to employee and office services.
– Maintain high standard of confidentiality
– Other duties as assigned.
WHAT CREDENTIALS WE ARE SEEKING:
You will need an Associate’s degree in Business, with a major in Human Resources, Business or related field. One to two years applicable experience within Human Resources or Employee Relations. Must have strong communication, administrative, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer. Experience with ADP HRIS platform a plus.
