About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Strategist , you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive user acquisition. You will play a key role in shaping our social media presence, fostering customer loyalty, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns that align with Finfare’s marketing objectives, including content calendars, posting schedules, and paid advertising initiatives.
• Lead in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive user acquisition.
• Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and provide insights to optimize social media performance.
• Engage with the online community, respond to user comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and assist in managing the company’s online reputation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and customer support, to ensure a seamless integration of social media efforts with other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, preferably in the fintech industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective best practices, and audience behaviors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
• Proficient in social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, etc.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience with optimizing social media content for search engines.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics and the ability to collaborate with designers to create visually appealing content.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret social media metrics to inform decision-making.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the fintech industry and a strong interest in staying abreast of the latest trends and innovations.

Work Environment

• Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation

Salary

The salary range for this position is $55k- $80k (Depending on experience)
