Impact you will make

Partner with Senior Director on overall benefits strategic planning process, including evaluating benefit trends, and identifying new and innovative offerings. Develop and recommend new or modified plans and policies as needed.

What you will do

• Partner cross functionally within the organization and externally with vendor partners effectively. Passion for an incredible colleague experience
• Manage relationships with benefit broker, advisors, carriers and vendors, ensuring high performance standards are met or exceeded
• Provide guidance to Benefits team, HR, and third-party vendors on benefits administration responsibilities. Provide outstanding service for escalated colleague benefit inquiries and issues
• Establish strong partnerships with HR, Legal, Payroll, Finance and other internal stakeholders; lead cross-functional projects to implement changes or new offerings and streamline operations
• Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure effective promotion and understanding of benefit offerings to new and existing employees, candidates, and family members
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, and new technologies in Benefits and Total Rewards.
• Provide leadership, development and guidance to benefits analyst
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and address needed corrections
• Oversee analysis of benefit export/import files and error resolutions
• Develop cost models, forecast analyses and plan design recommendations on a variety of US benefit programs
• Manage the annual benefits renewal and open enrollment processes including plan design analysis and modeling and development and delivery of the open enrollment communication and training materials
• Administer benefit plans including eligibility, enrollment, vendor management and assistance with employee questions/issues. Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
• Participate in research and analysis for policies and programs
• Ensure benefit plan agreements and contracts are accurate and up to date. Maintain plan documents and summary plan descriptions to ensure compliance

What you will bring

• 8+ years minimum in US benefits management capacity
• Advanced knowledge in benefits plan design and administration; in all areas of benefits (health benefits, financial benefits, and wellbeing)
• Ability to analyze data and roll up into executive level presentations in order to present recommendations and gain alignment
• Subject matter expert on the benefits programs you manage. Must have extensive experience with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ACA and other benefits compliance requirements
• Exhibit a colleague/employer mindsight when designing programs and ensuring our vendor partners are meeting critical needs
• Ability to partner cross functionally within the organization and externally with vendor partners effectively.
• Working knowledge of Ceridian and/or other HR systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 per year
