The Firemen’s Home is seeking a responsible individual to join the Dining Services team. Our ideal candidate will look forward to a role where they will spend their time supporting the needs of our resident. This position is primarily a cleaning role, with some cross-training in the dining area supporting service during meals. The ability to load dishwashers is needed. Typical tasks will entail:
- Clean dishes, kitchen utensils, equipment, and clean the kitchen areas.
- Support servers by loading trays with accessories such as eating utensils, napkins, or condiments.
- Stock service stations with paper goods.
- Carry food, silverware, or linen on trays or use carts to carry trays.
- All applicants must meet all hiring requirements under NYS Department of Health guidelines which include a COVID vaccination.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $15.50 per hour
