GENERAL PURPOSE SUMMARY*
Develops and maintains trust and other investment management relationships and administers complex trust and other fiduciary accounts by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities:

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: *
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, accounting, finance or related field plus two years trust, financial industry or related professional experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, accounting, finance or related field plus four years progressively responsible trust, finance, or investment experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience. Lead experience and experience managing involved processes; client relationship management experience.
SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Familiarity with legal terminology and working knowledge of sound fiduciary principles required; word processing and spreadsheet software experience required. Presentation software skills preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, management, clients, attorneys, and accountants.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to work with mathematical principles such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING SKILLS:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must possess and maintain a valid State of Alaska driver’s license and provide a current copy of an Alaska Department of Motor Vehicles Report (MVR) evidencing a good driving record.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision ability required by this job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
