We are seeking an Ambulance Operations Manager to become of our part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization’s daily operations.

Responsibility’s :

First Rescue Ambulance is looking for a experienced Operations Manager who is familiar with all aspects of ambulance operations. Must have extensive experience within the industry. Position requires ability to hire new candidates such as EMTs, Paramedics and RNs. Licensing of ambulance resources, familiar with. LA county. EMS regulations and protocols. BLS, paramedic and critical care transports. Knowledge and ability to take charge of our operation’s. Inspect ambulance units to ensure safe transportation, evaluate performance such as timeliness, proper equipment, availability and patient care concerns. Monitor staff to ensure accurate reporting, conduct monthly and annual performance evaluations to ensure quality customer care, take appropriate disciplinary action with employees to ensure adequate performance, train new employees. Input timekeeping and payroll, maintain employee scheduling

• Previous experience in operations or other related fields
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ambulance experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
