Job Summary: The Middle School ELA/Social Studies Teacher will plan and implement an integrated 7th and 8th grade program utilizing Montessori philosophy and curriculum aligned with Common Core and DE Standards. The desired applicant will collaborate with the Middle School team to create an innovative program for Middle School students.

Qualifications: Individuals wishing to become employed as a Middle School ELA/Social Studies Teacher at FSMA should hold a valid Delaware teaching license. Interested candidates should have an understanding of the Montessori Philosophy and classroom experience. Montessori certification is not required but candidates must be willing to pursue training in an accredited Montessori certification program.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
