Job Summary:
The PMO Project Coordinator will be tasked with engaging customers in a consultative capacity and providing specialized expertise around FirstDigital, Cisco product suite, and other ancillary systems including telecommunications, infrastructure, and analytics. This role can be in-person at our Lindon office or remote.
The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day project management tasks including but not limited to general project reporting, managing customer experience and expectations, configuring Cisco suite products, and communicating critical messaging to customers. All systems and services are to be implemented and balanced with best practices and customer requirements. This position will also require coordination between various departments within Veracity all with emphasis toward a successful customer implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
· Coordinate multiple concurrent internal and external projects as assigned, including stakeholder communication coordination, scheduling, requirements documentation, project reporting, training, and customer acceptance
· Configure Cisco Webex Contact Center setup for SMB and enterprise-size customers (on-the-job training provided; experience preferred)
· Serve as product expert in the Cisco product suite
· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of project tasks
· Effectively communicate and craft messaging for all levels within an organization from front-line to C-Level stakeholders
· Design and validate project requirements and stakeholder specifications to create and deliver the implementation plan
· Ensure customer success and engagement are primary focus during on-boarding processes
· Train stakeholders on product features and functionality
· Improve customer experience and satisfaction through effective communication and timely completion of projects
· Keep records of stakeholder interactions and transactions
· Interact directly with stakeholders and potential customers via telephone, electronic communication, and face-to-face
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer and stakeholder inquiries and interactions
· Handle and resolve customer concerns and complaints
· Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests
· Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resource or department
· Obtain general understanding of industry applications and knowledge of company offerings and services
· Perform light lifting 25lbs
· Other duties may be assigned as required

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
