POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Operations position is directly responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, including all scheduling, recruiting / hiring, training, performance management, and supervision; this position directly oversees the Scheduling Coordinator, Scheduling Coordinator Assistant, HR Generalist / Recruiter, and Caregivers.
