Job Responsibilities
The Director, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall strategy for the company’s Talent Acquisition department as well as a robust marketing campaign to attract talent, recommend sourcing channels, provide governance of our recruitment process and technology utilization to ensure an effective and efficient talent acquisition process, enhance current pre-employment assessment practices, and measure hiring techniques effectiveness. This position reports to the Chief People Officer and dotted line to the regional VP’s of HR.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement a branding and communications strategy both internally and externally to enhance the recruitment process for a competitive advantage
Design and implement a multi-faceted talent strategy to best address immediate and future business needs; execute sourcing initiatives to build a proactive pipeline of high caliber, diverse, and well-qualified talent
Develop and communicate talent acquisition plan to leadership and hiring managers
Position the company as an employer of choice through talent management strategies
Develop methods for using training, technology and social media to enhance the recruitment, screening and hiring of qualified individuals
Serve as the ATS expert liaison and driver for an outstanding candidate experience
Establish consistent hiring practices across all regions
Leverage and negotiatenational pricing of agreements with all vendors related to the recruitment process
Recruit for corporate senior level positions and support local recruitment efforts for regional leadership roles
Consult on retention efforts across all regions
Create dashboards and analyze trends on turnover, talent pipeline and overall retention

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of successful experience in managing relations either in a recruiting or operational environment.
At least two years’ experience with ATS, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Expertise in web-based technology and communication tools

Identifies, manages, and mitigates risks
Knowledge of accepted human resource practices and all applicable laws governing employment and fair treatment of employees.
Ability to negotiate terms and conditions within established guidelines.
Travel
Overnight travel up to 20% to travel to corporate, regional leadership, meetings, or special recruiting events.
