Building and maintaining open relationships with leaders within the company will be a key focus of the position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own client relationships. Conduct business development and collaborate with clients. Provide service and resolution to all client issues.

• Prepare and/or review packages/proposals for timely submittal to client.

• Manage/track client financial responsibility.

• Manage team workload throughout the development lifecycle, including project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and quality. On time and on budget.

• Develop detailed project schedule, status reports, manage associated tasks and review deliverables for accuracy (QA/QC).

• Conduct and/or coordinate with team members for site visits for designing jobs.

• Communicate with management to mitigate possible issues and risks.

• Manage all requirements for county, state, city, and railroad permits for equipment placement.

• Provide guidance and promote growth of telecommunications work within the firm.

• Coach and train staff/interns on design of telecommunication projects.

• Some travel required.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years in OSP telecommunications design engineering and one-year of experience using ARAMIS. __

• Auto Cad/MicroStation experience highly desired but not required

• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
