Overview

The Human Resources Department is seeking a Human Resource
Assistant to join its team. The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources
Department. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and will have a positive attitude, a team-oriented approach, and a strong work ethic. The Human Resources Assistant will work closely with the Human Resources Coordinator, under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, to ensure the department and employees are receiving the support they need.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new hire processing, and general on-boarding tasks
• Support the recruiting/hiring process by verifying references, scheduling interviews, and setting up new hire on-boarding meetings

• Track, collect, and enter required employee on-boarding documents, including I-9s, proof of COVID-19 documentation, and background check authorizations

• Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks, including database entries in the HRIS system, pulling reports, as requested by management, and compiling and distributing employee-related mail or material

• Assist with benefit-related tasks, including tracking and entering data for enrollment purposes, changes to benefits, and monthly reports/audits

• Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries or requests

(employment verifications, unemployment)

• Support and assist with other HR functions, as assigned and needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree or higher (Preferred)
• Experience as HR Assistant or relevant administrative position- 2 years
• Strong computer skills with a proficiency in Excel; Microsoft Office,

G Suite and HRIS systems are favorable (Paycom knowledge is a plus)

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks with timeliness, attention to detail, and follow-through

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and sensitivity when handling or learning personal employee information
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills and the desire to help others
• Commitment to the mission and values of Fitler Club

Requirements

• Reliability- must arrive at work promptly each day, with a positive attitude.

• Available to work a flexible schedule (preferably Tuesday through

Saturday).

• Must have solid clerical and office administration experience
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
• Regular Shift is Tuesday through Saturday 9:00-5:00 pm
• Full-Time exempt position- Pay range: $21-$22/HR commensurate with experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
