The LeadTech is responsible for performing the most technical repairs and diagnosis in the shop. He will perform smog tests and repairs, perform brake and lamp certifications help the other techs with their problem vehicles. he will be smog test and repair certified, have a brake and lamp license, have years of experience, ase master tech, good communicator and good with people. The Lead Tech should be at the top of his game but also ready and willing to grow and improve.
