ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Prepare weekly pay sheets for salespersons for two dealerships
Must have fundamental excel skills!
Assist PR/HR manager with onboarding and termination processes
Reconcile and remit payments for employee benefits
Backup to PR/HR manager to perform all payroll functions
Assist with other functions in Accounting as needed when asked by Management
Work hand in hand with various other peers and managers with a one-team attitude
Maintain a professional demeanor, appearance, and a neat work area

Other skill requirements include maintaining performance and composure under stressful conditions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
One to two years related experience and/or training.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general procedures.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate and percent
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
