Fixture – Kitchen and Social Lounge Hiring for Servers needed for re-opening Restaurant Job at Fort Worth, TX Full Time

Fixture, a modern American restaurant located in Fort Worth’s Southside neighborhood, is looking for hard-working and experienced Servers to join our re-opening team. The restaurant serves fresh, ingredient driven fare alongside an extensive wine list and cocktail program in an upscale casual environment.

Desired Qualifications Include:

• A minimum two years’ experience in an elevated or upscale casual dining atmosphere
• Foundational wine knowledge, including basic varietals, regions, and wine vocabulary (i.e. tannins, acid, body, balance)
• A strong work ethic and team-oriented approach to service
• An attitude that says “there’s nothing that’s not my job” with a willingness to pitch in wherever help is needed
• Openness to coaching and feedback
• Knowledge of ingredients, food preparations, and an ability to translate/explain various dishes to guests
• Professionalism, kindness, and an upbeat nature

This is a restaurant with a focus on excellence, culture, and teamwork. We work hard but have fun while we do it. To be considered for this position you must have open availability and be able to work most of the weekend. No late nights, we close at 10pm on the weekend. Full and part time hours available.
