Job Description:
· .NET Design, develop, test and support business applications.(FAIRLY INDEPENDENT)
· Analyze business requirements and develop design specifications for system components from moderate to high complexity.
· Code system components according to design specifications.
· Act as technical lead for the development of system components, ensuring deliverables are brought in on time and within quality goals.
· Identify opportunities for optimizing business and systems effectiveness.
· Define and execute a unit test approach for system components, ensuring components meet the defined quality goals.
· Work with business unit to analyze and resolve system defects.
· Produce comprehensive documentation for system components developed.
· Provide training to systems staff & clients as required.
· Assume the role of mentor to more junior staff members.
· Provide off hour systems support.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Solid knowledge of the company’s business functions, and the overall systems environment.
· Solid knowledge of structured analysis and design techniques.
· Strong ability to develop system components.
· Solid understanding of testing techniques and the production process.
· Solid written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
· Solid planning and organizational skills.
· Basic leadership skills, including the ability to develop junior staff.
· Basic knowledge and understanding of project methodologies and concepts.
· Ability to work in both production & development environments.
· 4+ years of programming and analysis experience in a client server, web and/ cloud/services environment.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $45.00 – $50.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
