FLEETCOR Hiring For Accounts Receivable Clerk at Covington, LA Full Time

What We Need

FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire an Accounts Receivable Clerk within our Fleetcor/Mastercard division. This position falls under our North American Fuels line of business and is located in Covington LA. In this role, you will research and post payments to maintain accuracy of customer accounts. You will report directly to Cash Application Manager and regularly collaborate with various Customer Service Departments as well as Financial Services.

How We Work

As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be expected to work in an office environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:

• Assigned workspace in office (ONSITE)
• Company-issued equipment
• Formal, hands-on training

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Research of manual payments
• Posting of manual payments
• Working with other departments to ensure accuracy of customer accounts
• Working with Banks to ensure accuracy of customer accounts

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of Word
• Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures and equipment
• Knowledge of computer concepts
• Knowledge of telephoning and communication skills
• Knowledge of keyboarding, calculating and typing
