Responsibilities:
Assist the East region HR Business Partners and Recruiting lead on a variety of HR projects, including new hire entry, onboarding support, employee engagement programs, learning and development coordination, and general ad hoc- support.
Participate in various parts of the recruitment lifecycle including: executing appropriate candidate sourcing strategies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting basic phone screens and reference checks.
Coordinate and manage logistics for the East region’s internship programs– including but not limited to managing university relations, attending career fairs, working with internal department intern Coordinators on interview coordination, offer extension, onboarding, facilitating intern/Manager check-ins and coordination of trainings and special events.
Manage and update recruitment database, post and manage open positions.
Utilize various social media platforms including LinkedIn to identify local and international candidates in the areas of public relations, digital communications, social media, design, and many more.
Work on HR and candidate sourcing processes that encourage and support diversity and inclusion.
Qualifications:
A demonstrated passion for ethnic or cultural diversity and experience advocating for DE&I in either the work, school, or volunteer setting.
Strong writing and editing abilities, with a high attention to detail.
Proven research abilities, with the ability to utilize the internet and various social media sites to find necessary information.
Energetic, self-starter and resourceful problem solver – gets things moving and keeps them on track. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities.
A strong team orientation is critical based on the collaborative culture of the office and FleishmanHillard.
Ability to illustrate a results-focused approach and commitment to going the extra mile on projects.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting and be on-site for any in-person office events or meetings.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
