Account managers focus on growth within their current book of business while also backing up their personal lines counterpart._Desired Outcomes of this Role_
**1. Conduct Farm policy account reviews
2. Provide outstanding customer service
3. Generate additional revenue in the Farm segment
4. Follow up on unsold quotes
5. Maintain accurate electronic business files
6. Support the agencies marketing effortsAgency Critical Competencies
