Opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Generalist partner with managers and employees across the organization working within all aspects of HR. This role will act as a primary point of contact within the HR Team for employees’ and managers’ queries on HR-related topics. The Senior HR Generalist will be involved in job design, policy revisions, recruitment, employee relations, performance & talent management, as well as training & development.
The primary objectives of this position are to communicate and administer change, ensure HR department operations are compliant and run smoothly, support the HR Director, and work to create engaged and productive culture. Promoting new initiatives and shaping an engaged and positive culture is vital.
The right fit for this role will have a wide range of experience throughout the entire employee life cycle. The successful candidate will have a passion for HR, be familiar with multi-state labor laws, be organized and a self-starter, and enjoy implementing change initiatives. What You’ll Do…
Implement HR strategies and initiatives
Bridge management and employee relations
Manage employee onboarding and support the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future programs designed for development, engagement, motivation, and retention
Implement HR operations, systems, policies, and procedures across the organization
Nurture a positive culture and working environment
Assist in managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain compliance of confidential records and document retention policies
Oversee Recruitment team employee onboarding cycle and performance
Audit and act as backup for payroll
Provide decision support through HR metrics, reports, and administrative assistance

What’s required…
5+ years of experience working experience as full HR Generalist or Manager
2+ years of experience in direct or managing full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or related field OR equivalent experience working within Human Resources
Knowledge of all aspects of HR knowledge base
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
Experience working in a fast-past, rapid change environment
Tech-savvy with Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Visio)
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g. Paylocity, ADP, PeopleSoft, Kronos, iCims, Clear Company, etc.)
Human Resources certifications (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred
Experience processing payroll preferred
