As manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant. You should prioritize outstanding guest service and will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and developing team members. You’ll be expected to provide a safe work environment and ensure all standards and procedures are followed.
Responsibilities
· Manage all products and day-to-day operations within budget
· Identify customer needs and respond proactively
· Attract, recruit, and train staff
· Purchase goods and make improvements
· Report sales results and productivity to management
· Comply with all health and safety regulations
· SERV safe, Food Safety Handler certification preferred
· Maintain a professional and polished appearance and demeanor in high-volume situations.
· Have a passion for exceptional dining experiences combined with substantial food and service knowledge
