As the Sr. Director, Clinical Analytics, you will own direction and roadmap for FOLX’s clinical analytics and data science strategy.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with Sales team to support evolution of ROI and VOI story
• Master varied types of data such as healthcare claims data, digital engagement data, third party point solution member utilization data, and operational data
• Continually learn about the company and product priorities by partnering closely with leadership and business stakeholders to identify key questions and paths to data collection, measurement, and interpretation.
• Partner with Finance team to ensure modeling and outcomes are tied to financial KPIs and ensure + align on single source of truth for reporting on outcomesSupport data fluency throughout the organization through standardized measurement techniques, compelling business insights, and proactively sharing knowledge of the data
• Apply knowledge and skills in evaluation methods, research design, statistics, data analytics and economic analysis to assess the effectiveness and value of products
• Work closely with cross functional teams to effectively communicate outcomes research and health economic modeling data internally and to external stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring:

• You have a passion for serving the LGBTQ+ Community
• You are a subject matter expert on LGBTQ+ healthcare
• A doctoral degree in health services research, health economics, epidemiology, sociology, psychology or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in independently designing, leading, and conducting research on health economics, patient-reported outcomes, retrospective data analyses, epidemiology or health services research preferably with claims data, EHR, and other observational data assets
• 15+ years of experience in analytical functions, preferably in healthcare industry
• Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions and answer key business questions
• Advanced analytic software or methodologies (Python, R, Stata, SAS), data management (SQL) and visualization tools/techniques
• Experience designing research studies involving collection of patient-reported outcomes using survey research methodologies
• Deep technical background in data science
• Demonstrated strategic impact at a leadership level, including interacting with other leaders and applying strong judgment and analysis toward important business decisions and strategic opportunities.
• Solid interpersonal savvy and the ability to build relationships both internally and outside the enterprise
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, particularly to audiences of varying skill levels
• You have a sense of urgency and are equally as excited about strategy and execution
• You thrive in a fast paced environment and are comfortable with ambiguity and change

Nice to have:

• Proven record of publication in peer-reviewed literature and presentation at national conference

Salary range: $187,000 – $220,000
