Human Resources Manager (Plant) needed for a growing manufacturer in Odgen UT. The HR Manager provides and manages human resources services, programs, and policies that attract, retain, train, and develop qualified teammates for the successful operation of the plant and to meet the future needs of the plant. This position is very hands-on, so you will need to have experience as an HR Generalist handling all aspects of HR management in an manufacturing, warehouse or industrial setting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of HR Management experience.

Preferences:

  • Masters degree or PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certifications.
