The Sales & Marketing Analytics Manager will play a key role responsible for providing actionable reporting and insights across a multi-channel direct Sales and channel.

A Day in the Life of a Sales & Marketing Analytics Manager:

• Ownership of producing and maintaining sales and marketing results pertaining to KPI performance and efficiency for key stakeholders.
• Design and perform business analysis from reporting platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, our proprietary platform, among others while interpreting results and developing recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders, outside agencies & senior management.
• Define a roadmap for all projects related to marketing channel performance, funnel tracking, forecasting, KPIs, and customer acquisition.
• Build and manage all sales and marketing reports/dashboards while improving upon current features to track key success metrics for stakeholders.
• Maintain KPI Trackers for each marketing campaign to help identify predictors of success, and populate dashboards that enable the sales and marketing team to optimize strategy

What You Have:

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in sales and marketing
• Experience in a marketing analytics, business analytics, data science, or a relevant data driven support role
• Experience with capturing and massaging data extracted from Salesforce
• Familiarity with experimental design and analysis
• Knowledge of web analytics packages and tracking platforms
• Distinctive problem-solving and project management skills
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel
• Demonstrated ability to use data to develop relevant insights and influence decision making.
• Capacity to present complex information and ideas to non-analytical stakeholders
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to tell stories with the data, communicate effectively and instill confidence with their recommendations to motivate stakeholders to take action
• Understand marketing/demand generation KPIs, including how the inbound and outbound sales funnels are structured
• Experience with A/B testing and measuring performance
• Additional skills in digital advertising and working with various analysis tools is a plus: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Optimizely, and HubSpot.
