In this position… TEVC Training and Development Leader (SG8) The Training and Development Leader (TDL) is responsible for facilitating manufacturing development activities within the manufacturing facilities. An effective Training and Development Leader (TDL) will leverage an understanding of adult learning theory, process management, obtaining, delivering, and executing learning events and activities. They will play a vital role supporting Ford Motor Companyxe2x80x99s vision of providing world class learning and development activities at the plant. This position will be the primary liaison between operations and the North America Workforce Development team. The TDL will work closely with plant operations and HR to coordinate onboarding activities / training for new hires and ongoing training for existing plant personnel, providing for new skills and capabilities required for new technology. The TDL will also work with operations providing analysis of employee capability as required. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated people leader with a passion for workforce development, an understanding of adult learning theory, impeccable project / program management skills. They will exhibit a high level of professionalism to support manufacturing employee development activities.
