Position Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director of Development Operations, the Assistant Director of
Development Operations and Stewardship oversees several key aspects of the day-to-day administration of the Law School’s Development
Office, ensuring the department’s data, gift, pledge, pledge reminder and stewardship processes run smoothly.
The Assistant
Director incorporates best practices for data maintenance, identifying biographical and gift entry errors and working with the DAUR
Advancement Services team on proactive Law School data cleanses.
The Assistant Director manages all aspects of the gift, pledge, and
acknowledgment process by accurately processing contributions and producing personalized correspondence that relays the impact of
philanthropic giving to the School’s donors. Partners with Senior Director of Development Operations on stewarding of scholarship and
endowed fund benefactors, managing named award notifications, thank you letter sends, and the creation of endowment reports.
Occasional night and weekend work for Law School and University alumni events is required.

Minimum Starting Salary: $65,000
Maximum Starting Salary: $70,000
Note: Salary is commensurate with qualifications, experience,
and skills.
