Essential duties and responsibilities:
Opening the mail and obtaining invoices from our manufacturer’s portal.
Entereng those invoices and others in our accounts payable system.
Make sure those transactions are posted.
Assisting the current AP Associate with the check run.
Checking monthly statements from the vendors.
Assist accounts receivable with posting payments in our accounting system.
Other Duties And Responsibilities As Assigned.

Education And/or Experience
H.S. Diploma or Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Knowledge in GP is a plus but not required.
