Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Collection Specialist

In this role, you’ll oversee all things financial and benefits-related for our members, and you’ll be their point of contact for answering questions and working through payment issues. You’ll work to ensure a member’s eligibility and benefits, ensure all payments for services are investigated appropriately, and that claims are paid and payments posted accurately.

This is a full-time, hourly position.

What you’ll do

• Verify a member’s insurance and benefits eligibility to ensure proper billing, including a member’s cost share, and update across systems, as well as communicate clearly with the member their financial obligation

What you’ll bring

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of customer service work experience.
• Experience with medical billing, cash posting, and charge entry (preferred).
• Call center work experience
• Active medical coding certification
• Bonus points: experience working in a medical office, experience with Salesforce and familiarity with HIPAA

What you’ll receive

• This position has an hourly rate of $16-18 depending on experience
