Job Description
The HR Manager is a high-impact role that provides HR Business Partner support for the Technology and Data & Analytics teams, as well as Strategy and M&A, within Fortune Brands Innovations. The role will provide guidance and advice to VPs, directors and managers within these organizations as well as provide HRBP support for key HR activities including organizational design and development, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, training & career development, and talent initiatives.
This role is designated as a hybrid role which includes working at least 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in our main office located in Deerfield, IL to foster better collaboration, connection, and innovation.
