Skills
- Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role
- Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills
- BSc in Supply chain management, Logistics or relevant field
- Bilingual English/Chinese
Responsibility:
Review and ensure all bills of ocean freight, air cargo, and other related invoices are accurate processed in time.
Communicate and interact with our overseas shipping team, US office, carriers, vendors, and customers, as well as warehouse and customer service representatives to ensure proper order status, delivery arrangements, and service – Create best practices and SOP for all imports, domestic, and export shipping via carrier, air, ocean, or rail.
Trace, track, and expedite shipping/delivery processes including Arrival Notice data entry, rate verification, Customs documentation, and others. Organize shipping and receiving files, both manually and electronically
Work with Accounting Dept and customs broker to ensure shipments are cleared on time.
Work time: 8: 30-5: 30 1h lunch
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,500.00 – $5,000.00 per month
