Mente Group, LLC and Four Corners Aviation has a great opportunity for a top-notch recruiter and full lifecycle onboarding specialist. The ideal candidate will report to the HR Business Partner and is responsible for supporting all areas of respective business entity. Aviation industry knowledge preferred, multi-state experience a plus, primary office location: Frisco, TX.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will perform a wide variety of tasks pertaining to full lifecycle recruiting and all areas of onboarding; will have autonomy to create a unique but professional style in recruitment efforts (creativity welcome!); must possess extreme attention to detail and willingness to work with multiple software systems and platforms. Will also serve as back-up to HR administrative duties (document filing, record retention, reports, training programs, etc.).
Duties/Responsibilities
Full Lifecycle Recruiting:
Possess a strong willingness to learn and understand each business entity’s recruitment needs by providing effective feedback and positive results.
Work with appropriate executives or hiring manager to ensure job position is existing or is new; must verify hiring need is approved prior to action.
Ability to source/communicate recruiting efforts by utilizing appropriate social media channels, job boards, and solicit referrals or leads.
Promptly post approved jobs internally and/or externally; remove jobs when they have been filled or no longer needed.
Utilize the HRIS/recruiting platform to track and monitor applicant data (ATS), file and/or move forward where appropriate. Source passive candidates when necessary.
Quickly and efficiently review applications and screen candidates; coordinate phone calls, virtual meetings, or in-person interviews.
If applicable, coordinate travel and candidate reimbursements.
Recommend and establish process improvements when needed.
Onboarding:
Prepare Offer Letter, Agreements, and Policy Acknowledgements (separate from Employee Handbook).
Upon receipt of signed Offer Letter, Agreements, Policy Acknowledgements, will initiate applicable background check screenings and other job and/or industry specific training as required by the company and/or regulated by law.
Will establish and ensure new hire data is properly contained in the HRIS/Payroll system and communicated to the Payroll and Benefits departments.
Answer all questions presented by new hire prior to start; work with staff to establish the best onboarding experience.
Follow-up with new hire post-start.
Communication:
Ability to efficiently communicate with applicants/new hires, and the hiring manager throughout the onboarding experience; where required, create schedules and notifications in preparation of first week of work (or longer). Follow-up with appointed staff to complete outstanding tasks.
Edit job descriptions, draft personnel announcements, update organization chart.
Participate in the daily planning and prioritization of own work; report activities on a regular basis and/or as needed.

Must have previous computer and software knowledge; solid experience using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Experience with the Form I-9, E-Verify, and other regulated payroll documents.
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; will consider level of experience in lieu of education.
PHR, SPHR; SHRM-CP; SHRM-SCP a plus.
2+ years of recruiting, staffing, and/or hiring.
