We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant. This position will report to our Director of Sales. Work authorization for this location is required.
Responsibilities
To provide administrative support to Director of Sales and/or sales managers within the Sales & Marketing Division and to ensure that the property’s Delphi system meets corporate standards.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
- Proficiency in Word and Excel required; Other Microsoft Office Applications helpful, Delphi knowledge preferred
- Must have a minimum of one year administrative experience, preferably in a hotel/resort
- Previous catering, conference services experience very helpful
