As a Dealer Development Specialist, you will underwrite and negotiate indirect auto loans through a network of franchise and independent automobile dealers throughout the United States. In this role, you will partner with our Dealer Relationship Manager to grow volume through phone, text, and email.

Job Duties:
– Communicating directly with our dealership partners and providing excellent customer service

– Working with our Dealer Relationship Managers in the field to help grow geographic territories

– Underwrite new auto loans

– Negotiate and renegotiate rates, fees, terms, loan to values, etc. with our dealership partners
– Maintaining a positive and mutually beneficial cohesion within your team.

– May assist other related departments as required by business needs.
– Ensures compliance with Foursight’s policies & procedures as well as state and federal regulations.
– Other duties as assigned.

Required experience/education:

• Past lending experience: 1 year

· High school or equivalent

· Interpersonal skills promoting a team environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word

· Exceptional customer service skills.

· Outstanding phone and negotiation skills.

Preferred experience/education:

· Two years of lending experience

· Associates or Bachelors
