Job Description
Responsible for providing tactical and strategic support to the HR function across the business unit. Partner with HR teams (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Training) to support initiatives that support workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational development. The position requires hands-on involvement with many aspects of HR.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
Experience:
5+ years of HR experience required, prefer experience in a manufacturing environment
Computer literacy including MS Outlook, Teams, Office – intermediate or advanced Excel skills required Experience with Workday (HCM) is preferred
