WHAT WE NEED
Our Sales and Marketing Coordinator provides coordination of the sales and marketing operations and related facility management for Franciscan. This position ensures member, guest, and patient satisfaction through sales and marketing activities and events. In addition, this position ensures that sales and marketing activities and events maximize community exposure, supporting the generation of sales opportunities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Attend monthly meetings at each facility with local Operations Supervisor and/or facilitators to provide focus and direction on sales commission structure.|
Establish performance and outcome standards that will provide a work measurement and target metrics for sales and satisfaction of those we are privileged to serve.
Monitor facility metrics, including sales numbers, attrition, walk-in traffic, to identifying variances and trends.
Identify the best practices for marketing and sales in the fitness industry, community, and marketing award standards and facility management.
Oversee facility operations with respect to marketing and sales promotions, collateral material and events.
Collaborate with facility managers to develop, achieve and maintain standards for image, sales and community exposure.
Oversee, approve, and facilitate the production and coordination of all facility marketing and sales collateral and materials.
Research, develop, coordinate and evaluate existing and new programs that create marketing and sales opportunities for the facilities, with the objective of maximizing revenue, membership growth and member retention.
Review facility programs and events to identify and coordinate marketing and sales opportunities targeted to those we are privileged to serve, internal and external.
Develop marketing and sales strategies for each facility as needed.
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Travel required up to 70%
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Sales related Required; Master’s preferred
1 year Marketing/Sales required; 3 years preferred
Adapt to high volume and high stress areas
Expert in computer software, hardware, and communication devices to perform tasks
Understanding of financial and business management principles
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
