Franklin Wellness and Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility located in Franklin TN is seeking an experienced Human Resource Director-
Minimum requirements include; a high school diploma or equivalent.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the human resources field in skilled nursing or another healthcare setting is required. S
pecific experience managing the receipt, investigation, documentation, resolution and employee relations case communication is preferred.
Human Resources Job Descriptions and Duties:
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while identifying solutions to daily operations challenges and needs.
Act as a liaison with various corporate HR functions (i.e., benefits, workers comp, recruiting, etc.) to ensure timely flow of information and execution within the facility.
Prepare accurate new employee personnel records, files, drug, alcohol and background screening results, and ensure compliance with all state and federal laws.
Work with staff development to conduct onboarding process for new employees.
Research and conduct employee investigations, developing solutions to complex issues in coordination with the Corporate HR Director and in compliance with corporate guidelines.
Manage and successfully resolve complex employee and/or labor relation situations in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
Manage deadlines and effectively complete assignments.
Maintain a professional environment and maintain confidentiality according to company, state and federal guidelines.
