Job Description
Objectives of this Role As the Online Fresh Food Operations VP, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the company’s online fresh food business. You will work closely with departments such as product, technology, marketing, and supply chain to develop and implement operational strategies for the online fresh food business, ensuring its rapid growth and stable operation. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategies for the online fresh food business, including but not limited to product design, supply chain management, marketing, and user experience, to ensure the business’s rapid growth and stable operation.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the market situation and competitor dynamics of the online fresh food business, develop corresponding business adjustment and upgrade plans.
- Responsible for brand promotion and marketing of online fresh food products, developing and implementing corresponding marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Responsible for user experience and user satisfaction of online fresh food products, continuously improving product and service quality, and increase user stickiness and loyalty.
- Responsible for supply chain management and logistics operations of online fresh food products, ensuring the efficient operation of the supply chain and accuracy and timeliness of delivery services.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience in product operations in the Internet fresh food industry, experience in successful product operations cases is preferred.
- Familiar with supply chain management and logistics operations in the fresh food industry, with rich operational management experience.
- Excellent project management, communication, and teamwork skills, able to coordinate department resources and drive project implementation.
- Possess keen market insight and competition awareness, able to identify and respond to market dynamics in a timely manner.
- Have strong business innovation and data analysis capabilities, able to discover business opportunities and optimization plans from data.
- Have a strong interest and passion for the Internet and the fresh food industry, able to adapt to a rapidly changing market environment and work pressure.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.00 – $180,000.00 per year Benefits:

Supplemental pay types:
