This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the human resources department for Freudenberg-NOK Industrial Services. This position will have varying levels of responsibility in all of the following functional areas: payroll, recruiting and onboarding, talent review process, general HR administration, ordering supplies, mail management, general office management.
Key Responsibilities
– Weekly/Monthly payroll
– Recruiting (Indeed/LinkedIn)
– Onboarding (Orientation/Benefits)
– Support Talent Review process, pull status reports and send out reminder emails
– Schedule meetings, events, and interviews
– Lead committee boards for safety and employee engagement
– Facility management and purchasing (Coffee, supplies, MRO, etc.)
– Expense Reporting
– Plan and order food for employee events
– Stock and clean breakrooms
Required Professional Experience & Educational Qualifications For Job
– High School Diploma; Associates degree preferred
– 2 – 3 years providing administrative support
– Workday knowledge preferred
– ADP knowledge preferred
Required Specific Technical Skills & Knowledge
– Beginner to Intermediate MS Suite skills
– Basic accounting knowledge
– Excellent organizational skills
