We are hiring a Full Charge Bookkeeper and Accounting Assistant. You will be working at a manufacturer and wholesaler for hardware products, paint products, locksmith products, tools, and many more. Your main responsibilities are the following, but not limited to them:

Essential Duties

• Looking for a candidate that will grow with our firm into a managerial position.
• In charge of shooting and editing photos and videos. This would require shooting and photoshop experience.
• Co-operate with different online platforms and their agents, providing them with updated photos and products specifications/descriptions. Manage the listing process until the product becomes fully live.
• Co-operate with catalog designer and manage the necessary catalog edits including graphics, data, and images. Will also manage and handle the design for the monthly special and trade show flyers.
• Co-operate with our web designer to apply product updates and add new products.
• Co-operate with product graphic designer to prepare the necessary design for the product packaging when a new line is implemented
• Maintains, updates, and manages company website.
• Brand positioning: the analysis of the competitive environment, the definition of the strengths of the brand, target audience segmentation
• Develops promotions for various campaigns, keeping in mind strategy and goals of promotion
• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for new and existing products on improving sales
• Provides all sales channels with creative and unique tools to assist in the sales
• Market Research of competitors
• Research and development of new products and market segments (product attributes, branding, packaging, positioning)
• Conduct marketing research to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities
• Analysis of consumer needs, current market conditions, and competitive information
• The management and control of marketing, advertising, PR activities, and works
• Mobile and internet marketing digital marketing. Publication of news and advertising posts in the relevant social media channels as Facebook and Instagram
• Working with media, BTL, design, event, and research agencies
• Analysis of sales
• Social Media Management
• Drawing up/making presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications/in Digital Marketing / Advertising or equivalent
• 5+ years of professional marketing experience; preferably in the distribution, retail, and production industry.
• The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task. He/she should have photo/video shooting and photoshop experience.
• Strong creative writing and creative design skills.
• Strong visual skills required; graphic design experience preferred
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Innovative problem solver and creative thinker who is intensely detail-oriented, results-focused and able to successfully execute multiple complex projects accurately and on time, Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop / In design
• Expert in Google Adwords and SEO/SEM and professional in using the Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other tools and be able to create customs reports and projections.
• Must be highly flexible and embrace constant change.
• Must be able to work in a team environment, as well as individually.
• Highly innovative with positive energy.

• Highly organized, attentive to detail, technically proficient.
