Our growing company is looking for an action-oriented HR Coordinator (aka HR Ninja) working closely with HR Business Partners to assist with various administrative HR duties. The HR Coordinator will support tasks related to all areas of HR including recruiting, employee onboarding, and engagement. The HR Coordinator also helps with guiding employees through various human resource processes, answering any questions they may have about policies and frontline Managed Services practices. The HR Coordinator is a critical role on the team ensuring HR is efficient in supporting our internal clients. Open to flexible/part-time hours.
Requirements
· Excellent speaking and listening skills to share information effectively while paying attention to concerns and questions from employees and job applicants.
· Ability to make independent decisions with good judgment.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Ability to start and complete a task in a timely manner.
· Ability to take direction well and provide feedback with courage and candor.
· Basic payroll knowledge, a plus
· Previous HR experience working in a multi-location or global business, a plus
· Degree in Human Resources or work equivalent, a plus
· PHR or SHRM-CP credentials, a plus
