WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The Inside Sales Coordinator – Ultrachem is a hybrid role based in New Castle, DE, reports to our Business Director, and is responsible for sales and marketing support for the Ultrachem / rotary motion segment customer base.

A successful candidate will:

• Research inactive accounts for sales viability using digital methods (social media, Internet)
• Manage assigned customer accounts remotely
• Interface daily with CSR team to assure commerical and operational allignment
• Prospect new accounts and process leads to field representatives
• Contact current accounts to promote new products and services
• Conduct client success surveys and provide feedback to executive team
• Facilitate company communications to cusomter base when requested
• Maintain customer profiles and account correspondence in the ERP system as required
• Manage portfolio pricing and deal pricing in ERP system
• Maintain sales literature and presentations coordinate updates with product team
• Field customer complaints and work with internal teams to resolve
• Assist in preparing for trade events and promotional items
• Perform other related duties as assigned, in order to help meet departmental and personal goals and objectives

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Candidate should be a self-starting, quick learner, who demonstrates poise, tact, and the ability to meet deadlines
• College degree from an accredited university – major in business or engineering preferred
• 2+ years experience in a sales or marketing role
• Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
• Proficiency in English; Spanish considered a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Career minded and solid work ethic
• High adaptability and change-minded; ability to work with a wide range of cusomter personalities
• Experience with CRM / ERP systems required; Salesforce & SAP considered a plus
• Data analytics / Power BI experience considered a plus
• Open to a rapidly changing business environment and dedication to winning
