As a FuelEd Partner, you would be part of this dynamic co-creation process. The job description listed below would encompass approximately 70% of your work at the organization. The other 30% of your time would allow you to grow and contribute additional skills to the organization’s evolution and growth.

The Position
FuelEd is seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented individual to implement programming and optimize our capacity to identify, collect and leverage data in our day-to-day and strategic work. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and maintaining operational systems as well as utilizing softwares to improve customer support, program coordination, project management and CRM maintenance. This role will be responsible for both developing improvements to internal operational efficiency and client-facing services as well as helping FuelEd evolve to meet the changing digital demands of our clients, our team and educators nationwide. Working closely with the Sales Team, Trainer Team, and Program Team, the Operations Manager will serve in a leadership capacity – guiding best practices for improving our program operations and data collection systems.
As a FuelEd Partner, the individual filling this role will take on additional roles and accountabilities based on their strengths as well as needs and opportunities that arise for the organization. We believe that this allows both the person and the organization to continuously grow and evolve.
