Role and Responsibilities:
Coordinates day-to-day reporting, escalate issues as appropriate
Act as liaison for employees
Process and review onboarding, termination, status changes, and updates
Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases
Observing and responding to inquiries through department mailbox
Assist with all new hire on-boarding administration, including employee set up in HRIS systems.
Handle all company level reporting on a regular and/or as-needed basis.
Ensure HR forms, announcements, policies, etc. are up to date and placed on our HRIS
Maintain employee files and keep the HCM system up to date on a regular basis
Respond to all benefit and admin inquiries from employees as needed.
Perform general HR tasks such as sending out email communications, coordinating events and conducting audits.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management or equivalent related work
People oriented preferably with experience in telephone sales and/or Internet research
Ability to expand job responsibilities, suggests improvements, and collaborates with others to generate ideas and improve processes
Effective communicator, problem-solver, team member and results-focused individual
Well-organized with the capability to work in a large-volume, fast-paced environment
Flexibility with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet assigned target dates.
High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint)
