We are looking for someone that works independently, enjoys multi-tasking, and is highly organized. The right candidate would have the opportunity to participate in the management of our three-store inventory control with room for growth. It is preferable that this applicant have third-party medical insurance billing experience, as our insurance billing would be this prospective employee’s responsibility. This individual would also need to be capable of handling general office duties to include: proficient with Excel & Word software, AR patient & provider correspondence, routing multi-line corporate phone calls, shipping & receiving of USPS, UPS, & local courier packages, ordering store supplies, & maintaining multiple product order logs.
Minimum 4 years admin. office experience required. Hourly rate based on experience.
